Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach at Creative Services, Inc. (“Creative Services”). On November 26, 2021, Creative Services became aware of unusual activity on its network. Following a forensic investigation, Creative Services determined that cybercriminals had infiltrated its network and gained unauthorized access to certain confidential files. The forensic investigation further indicated that cybercriminals may have copied certain confidential files from Creative Services’ systems. According to information supplied by Creative Services, the forensic experts determined that cybercriminals potentially accessed and stole the personal information of at least 164,673 individuals. As a result of the Creative Services data breach, these individuals’ personal and highly sensitive information may be in the hands of cybercriminals who can place the information for sale on the dark web or use the information to perpetrate identity fraud. Despite discovering the breach in November 2021, Creative Services did not begin notifying victims until February 2022.
