Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach at Welfare & Pension Administration Service, Inc. (“WPAS”). On July 21, 2021, WPAS became aware of unusual activity on its network. Following an investigation, WPAS determined that cybercriminals had infiltrated its network and gained unauthorized access to certain confidential files.
