Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving BHG Holdings, LLC dba Behavioral Health Group (“Behavioral Health Group” or “BHG”). On December 5, 2021, Behavioral Health Group became aware of a likely data breach involving its network. Based on a forensic investigation, BHG confirmed that cybercriminals had infiltrated its systems and gained unauthorized access to certain files, including files containing patients’ personal and protected health information. As a result of the data breach, these individuals’ personal and highly sensitive information may be in the hands of cybercriminals who can place the information for sale on the dark web or use the information to perpetrate identity fraud.
