Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists LLC (“Bienville”). On or about March 5, 2023, Bienville detected unusual activity on its network, indicating a data breach. Based on a forensic investigation, Bienville confirmed that cybercriminals infiltrated its inadequately secured network and gained access to certain data stored on its systems between February 3, 2023, and March 5, 2023. As a result of the data breach, these individuals’ personal and highly confidential information may be in the hands of cybercriminals who can place the information for sale on the dark web or use the information to perpetrate identity fraud.
